Landlord Knowledge 2024 Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to the following prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. This prize draw is being operated by LoftyWorks (a brand of Rentancy Ltd).

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and employed within the property management sector.
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per company is permitted.
  4. Entrants must be using Xero for financial management of their property business.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. The prize draw includes those currently on the Landlord Knowledge distribution list and all new subscribers up to 5pm on 14th February 2024.
  2. To enter the free prize draw please complete the contact form, quoting Landlord Knowledge prize draw in the free text section at the bottom.
  3. LoftyWorks will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

  1. Winners of the LoftyWorks free Xero integration service will be selected at random from those who complete the form, quoting the code and enter by 23.59 on 14th February 2024.
  2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  3. The prize includes a free Xero data import and financial integration by LoftyWorks staff, transfering your existing property management service to LoftyWorks.
  4. All sign ups to the LoftyWorks platform receive two weeks’ free trial. Credit card details must be entered as part of the setup.
  5. At the end of the 14 day free trial you can cancel without charge or continue with your account. Access to the platform after 14 days is charged at £1.50 per property per month.
  6. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  7. The decision of LoftyWorks regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner announcement

  1. Winners of the free transfer and integration will be informed via the email provided during prize draw entry after 14th February 2024.
  2. LoftyWorks will attempt to contact winnders by email up to two times.
  3. If winners do not respond to emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, LoftyWorks reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity 

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by LoftyWorks for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  2. All entrants may apply for for details of the winning participants by contacting us at sales@loftyworks.com
  3. The winners agree to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via LoftyWorks.
  4. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via the LoftyWorks website.
  5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with LoftyWorks’ Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

  1. LoftyWorks does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that LoftyWorks does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  2. As part of the transfer of information, prize winners need to provide credit card, data and information to enable LoftyWorks staff to set up the accounts.
  3. LoftyWorks reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  4. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and anydisputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
