Acquisition of The Letting Partnership (TLP)

Lofty, our US parent company, has recently completed the acquisition of The Letting Partnership (TLP). TLP is a leader in rent processing for the private rent sector (PRS). It was established in 2006 and is based in Worthing, West Sussex.  

Through this acquisition, LoftyWorks clients will benefit from working with a larger team that brings industry-leading knowledge and know-how in client accounting, rent processing and agent compliance.  

The services today provided by LoftyWorks for outsourced client accounting will transition over to TLP by the end of 2025. For existing clients and prospects, they will continue to use LoftyWorks software, but will benefit from enhanced levels of customer service and support.  

Through this acquisition Lofty Inc is re-affirming its commitment to the UK market and will be accelerating its investment in the LoftyWorks property management software platform.
