Search Interface
We’ve improved our property management search function to make it even easier to find what you’re looking for.
Results are now grouped into four different sections:
- Parent Property,
- Property,
- Contract or
- Contacts, enabling you to more easily find the information you need.
Searches have also been improved, bringing most likely matches to the top.
Marketing PDF
We’ve also launched new functionality enabling you to create a PDF version of each property which you can share easily with your clients, increasing uptake and making your company look more professional.
- Find the property you want
- Select Edit
- Find the panel titled Preview and Publish and
- Select Download PDF
- Go into your downloads
- Find the file and
- Share it easily as an attachment with all suitable prospects.
Contracts Interface
The Contracts tab has also improved (see left hand column).
Once you’ve selected Contracts, you can see your complete list of Contracts in the system.
There’s now a button called View More. When you choose this you can quickly and easily interact with each individual Contract.
Pay-Out Improvements
Our new and improved Payout interface allows you to initiate payments through the Landlord. When grouping transactions by Property or Parent Property, you can select Deselect All to quickly remove properties from the payout to Landlord.
